¹As a Sam’s Member, you are eligible to receive a 15% insurance discount for every insured pet through Spot Pet Insurance. Except in CA, MT, ND, NY, where the discount is 10%, and WA where the discount is 5%. Discount is not available in TN, or Puerto Rico. Sam’s Members with multiple pets are eligible for an additional 10% multi-pet discount on all added pets after the first.
